Amendment to Shape5 Frontpage Joomla Module

I have a website that uses the Shape5 Frontpage module ([url removed, login to view]).

I require 2 amends.

(A) When moving the mouse over the box under the main banner, the highlight effect results in a pop-up box effect. I do not want this .. I want the box under the banner to look the same at all times and just change the top banner.

(B) This site is running on IIS6.0 as an Intranet. For one the banners I need the banner image to be loaded from a dynamic location. The image will be located at \\MyServer\Username\Dashboard\kpi-banner.jpg. The username will need to be defined using the get_current_user() PHP variable.

NOTE: You will not have access to the site itself. I can provide the original module code, but the developer will then need to talk me through making the changes to the live site.
