The projects includes :
1. Create a new user page.(profile page)
2. Add manager details for rating the manager.
3. Create a rating engine based on the questions provided by the admin.
4. The user after rating would send the rating details through email to the manager.
5. The manager can register by using the same email id provided in the email sent.
6. The admin should have all admin rights like updqat/delete of the profiles as well as updating the quesitons
7. Based on the rating score the managers would be ranked as good/bad/average.
