The software should run under Windows Xp and Windows 7. The software must be able to do the following things:
It is possible to define place holders in the software, these expansions are assigned specific values from Microsoft Excel files.
These place holders can be used flexibel for different HTML Templates.
The software placed at the location of the placeholder values from the Excel file.
The software then generates as many different HTML pages using the Excel data, such as records exist.
