Create a module for WooCommerce to create a Wok based on ingredients

I have a Wordpress theme set up that is WooCommerce ready. I need someone to create a module for WooCommerce so that a Wok could be created based on ingredients. For example as in [url removed, login to view] you can select base, choose favorites, toppings, drinks and sauces.
The module have to be able to create unlimited mixes of the ingredients at once and after submission/payment (PayPal) send an e-mail of the order and/or put it in the Wordpress admin panel of WooCommerce.
