I have a login area on my website built using .NET and each employee has their own login credentials and access to view a personal profile. The admin login allows me to create new users via a form and manage holiday requests. The form creates a unique user profile page for the user using their login credentials.
Required changes:
1. Admin login area: 'Manage employees' I want all employee profiles to be listed in order of surname
2. Admin login area: manage holiday: I would like all holiday requests to be ordered by branch selection e.g Hammersmith, Westminster. All requests which still need to be responded to should be at the top of the list. All holiday requests which have already had responses should be ordered by branch and at the bottom of the list
3. Admin login area: Manage employees: the delete button does not currently remove profiles. This needs to be fixed so that profiles can be removed.
4. Admin login area: manage employees: when creating new users I want the form to be edited:
- User Role auto set to 'user' not 'admin' (this should be still an editable choice but the auto selection on new profile creation should be for 'user')
- Contract type auto selected to '0 hours' (again this should be an editable choice, but auto-select set to 0 hours).
- training scheduled: 'Yearly Refreshers' text auto fill on form
- payroll cycle weeks: '__x2__' text auto fill on form
- Active auto ticked
- Remove the following form boxes/values:
a. HealthVision Email NO VALUE
b. Country NO VALUE
c. Comments NO VALUE
d. Empty box 98 NO VALUE
5.. An email facility has been set up to notify employees of a holiday application. This was turned off (by changing the email account password) as it was emailing multiple times. I want this to work - 1x holiday application = 1x email sent to the branch selection email address and 1x email to the employee email address. What was happening was that for each person who made a holiday request the email notifications were being sent to all employess who have previously made requests too. This needs to be corrected.
our email domain is @[login to view URL] and I have not been able to get the website to send emails directly to our office email accounts. We may need to use Gmail accounts which forward emails to the respective office email accounts to fix this, unless the email can be configured to send directly to the office email.
I want this project to be completed within 2 days.
