Add box to [login to view URL] link to infopage

Need an adjustment on the homepage of this website:

The news box needs to be lower and there must come a box with link to "find the oil you need".

Just like here [url removed, login to view] but it doesn't have to be with the red colors etc. Can be in theme with the [url removed, login to view] website. Maybe use white and orange like in the logo.

The box needs to link to the oilfinder page. [url removed, login to view]
