Classified Ad Site

I am in need of a classified ad site built for me. You could think of it as a clone of this site ( [url removed, login to view] ) on steroids.

Here is a list of the extra features we will need:

*Complete admin backend, modify, delete, search functions

*The ability to upload photos and videos (videos changed to FLV to play in a flash video player)

*Admin can create edit and delete different types of membership plans

*Private messaging system for users

*Top visited postings (with pictures) will show on the front page, with their pictures

*Rating system for postings

Obviously, the more professional the code is, the more you will be paid. I am a programmer, but am looking to take more of a backseat role here, so if you do a good job, there will be many more jobs for you to come.
