Create IDL/TLB from C++ header file

Create an IDL file that describes the interfaces in a COM dll. I will provide a C++ header file which describes the interfaces in the DLL. The IDL must produce a TLB file when compiled using MIDL.EXE.

My goal is to reference the TLB from a VB.net COM Interop DLL and create a class that implements an interface (IDgnAppSupportA) in the TLB.

## Deliverables

1) IDL and TLB file. I will test the interfaces by creating a Dragon NaturallySpeaking compatibility module in VB.net by implementing the IDgnAppSupportA interface.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
