Need a clone of the Banner Management System, please refer a site ([url removed, login to view]). We need a Banner Management System with the following Key Features: 1. Creation of Client Profile (Company who's advertising) 2. Scheduling 3. Billing 4. Multiple Reports Please review the link and use it as a reference and we need to build all those features, included the one mentioned above. Also, please make sure that use 4th Normalization for DB. I would like to Look at the Database design first before any coding start. We need to use lots of Abstract Tables so that application can be configure without touching the code. We also need a feature that can Create "FLASH BANNERS" on the fly. Meaning, Users can pick up from some template and Enter the wording, and application creates Flash Banners on the fly. Any question please feel free to reply. Also, please make sure that "DO NOT USE ANY HARD CORDING", everything has to be parameterized or Dynamically generated, and easy to integrate. Thanks
