ASP.NET upload and extract Word 2007 document comments and context

I need a web page that will let a user upload a Word document, and then extract comments from that document and save the whole lot to a SQL Server database.
Specifically, the page must:
* save the document to the file system, using a randomly-generated name
* save the document filename in a SQL Server table called Documents
* extract all comments from the document, including any selected text (context) of the comment,
* save the comments in a Comments SQL Server table

1. Word Extract Choose [url removed, login to view] - illustration of the web page that provides a browse feature to upload the file.
2. [url removed, login to view] - sample document that includes two comments to extract.
Output of the test against this sample document should be as follows:
1st record:
Comment_text - Comment on some stuff in the document.
Comment_context - document text
2nd record:
Comment_text - text This
Comment_context - LOC3:Missing period
