Control Panel
1. Define a ballot of nominees
2. Link a word document or collect and store input field bio to each nominee
3. Define start and end dates for voting
Voting
1. Provide a link that can be embedded in an email to a ballot page on the site
2. Allow members to link to the ballot page and make no more than 3 selections
3. Provide a link to bio information for each nominee from the ballot page (ideally their name)
4. Prohibit voting past the defined end date and before the defined start date
Results Tabulation
1. Provide a web based summary report of votes by nominee
