ASP.Net: 12 month Project: Senior/Lead Developer Required

Require an experienced ASP.Net (C#) developer from RUSSIA to take a senior role in the development of a complex ASP.Net application.
The following skills are essential for this role:
- Must be either Russian or Eastern European nationality and able to communicate with existing Russian based team.
- Must be able to type clearly in English (verbal skills not required).
- Must have a thorough understanding of ASP.Net, JQuery, SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Must be experienced in developing unit tests using Nunit and familiar with continuous integration and automated builds.
- Must be available to start in November
Background: We are an Australian software company with two teams of software developers in St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk. We have ongoing multiple projects both in ASP.Net and WPF, with new projects starting all the time. Our primary communication between team members is via an online issue tracking tool, and text-based Skype chat daily. The first project would be the ongoing development of an ASP.Net application, but expect to be moved to other similar projects in future.
Hours can be somewhat flexible, although it is generally expected that a 40 hour Mon-Fri schedule is followed.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and skillful developer to work with a highly talented team with a flexible work environment. Most of our team have been with us for 3+ years.
