We need a button created in ACT! CRM that will run through all of the steps of a mail-merge;
1. selecting the document
2. Selecting whether or not it is the current lookup or current contact
3. Create the Mail Merge in Word
But then we need it to:
4. Turn the Mail Merge into a PDF
5. Insert the Mail Merge into an e-mail
6. the To: field should be the e-mail address from the mail merged contact

This is implementable by using Sage ACT! SDK. I have the 2010 SDK version, but I need to know what ACT! version you have.
