Create a MYSQL query statement which combines columns and data from 7 tables in a new query table. The result is only the query statement fully operational that I will test in PHPMyAdmin.

Attached are two files:

1) "[url removed, login to view]" which is an export from phpmyadmin- mysql with the 7 tables

2) "estrutura de [url removed, login to view]" Diagram which shows the relation and the structure of the tables and the strutucture of the new query-table

Attention: In the query table (green) there are new columns names for the new columns.
