building app from existing website

Hello RAC,

I am looking for an app builder for smartphone,

who can build or can explain with tutorial or something how to build a application for the smartphone android and other platforms.

The application needs to be build from an existing html / php site which also uses a mysql database.

I have tryed severals things myself but with no luck so far.

So are you experience with bulding apps / from existing website specialy

I might want to hire you, but most Important I want to learn how to do It myself because now and then there has to be a update which I can not rely on hiring someone every month.
