Create 2 Uber for doctors app: Android + iOS + Admin Panel

Hello, we need to develop 2 apps taht will be the same. The only difference is that the logo and some background images will change. We want to app to look modern and friendly.
The app will be in Spanish (we provide translation if you give us a list of all the terms needed). Users will be doctors and patients.
We need patients app (Android + iOs), doctors app (Android + iOs) and management panel. For secutiry reasons, we would like the apps to be hosted on Amazon AWS server (we provide server).
It will work exactly as Uber (so you can use a Uber for X similar script)
App requirements
Patients app:
The patient needs a doctor (4 different services : General medicine, pediatric, small injury such as suture or blood for lab test)
The patient enters the app and can login with email account, Facebook or Twitter
Then patient has to enter credit card details or Paypal details (One app will also need their private insurance contact number)
there is a sms verification, as Uber
Once loged in and details checked, patient can ask for a doctor to visit him and chooses the medical service he needs. The app geolocates the patient using gps, gsm or wi-fi (exactly as Uber) and the patient gives his address where he needs the visit. There must be the possibility to add a department and/or floor number if he needs the doctor in a building.
The patient can see an estimate of the fare (it will be a fixed fare per visit, not like Uber which fare is changing based on distance) and accept the visit.
The patient can see on the map where doctor are and has an estimate of doctor arrival time. He can also choose a specific date and time for the visit. If the patient books a date, he must be able to cancel it anytime until 30 minutes before appointment but he will be billed a cancelation fee.
Once the doctor accepts the job on his app, the patient his notified that a doctor is on the way and he can message the doctor via chat. The patient acn also see doctor's reviews.
The patient knows when doctor is here.
The patient gets the attention.
The patient gives feedback about the doctor.
We would like to have a social sharing feature where patient can share he just had a doctor visit on Facebook or Twitter.
Doctor App:
Should be the same as for Uber drivers.
The doctor is notified when someone nearby needs a Doctor.
The doctor can go online or offline.
The doctor can accept or reject the visit. If he rejects, the app has to search for another doctor nearby.
The doctor receives the exact direction and phone number he has to visit and can chat IM with the patient when he is on the way.
Once the visit is over, the doctor can add extra services such as medication, suture or any other extra billed to the patient.
The doctor gives a calification to the patient and writes a short report about the visit, saying what has been diagnotised and if a visit with a specialist is required. This report should be sent to the admin panel so we can connect with a specialist in the area.
Admin Panel:
Admin panel should be similar to Uber for X scripts out there.
We need all main features plus:
Ability to send instant notification
Search doctors on map using gps
Create bills
Detect loyal customers
Create coupons codes
Export reports
Track ratings and detect bad doctor or patients and have the possibility to ban them.
