Android HYBRID app (able 2 submit 2 Play store) Support HTML & CSS

My company client need application which should able to download Via Google Play Store.

The Idea of this application is, it's should support Mobile & tablets. This application am expecting is should load a hosted files separately in a web server.

So the application inside load kind of WebView loadUrl("http://HOSTING_LOCATION/www/[url removed, login to view]"); within the app. customer should be able to use the back button to Exit App too.

So actually this app Works as a FRAME for a particular Webchild within the APP. but this works as a ANDROID app, Not a TOUCH RESPONSIVE WEB.

I will ONLY need you to create this APP and with my client requirement I could be able to put a touch responsive hosted web site within it.

I am expecting the ANDROID STUDIO SOURCE CODE from the DEVELOPER if you accept the JOB.
