Hi guys,

I have a CSV file that has 62,000 rows and 4 columns. The 4 columns have NAME, POST_CODE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE for use with an iPhone App'. I want to be able to display the nearest NAME to users location. Does anyone have the skills to allow this CSV (or converted into other format) to interact live with Iphone app so it will display the nearest NAME, LATITUDE and LONGITUDE when a user FIND NAME NEAR ME.

I will pay someone to do this if it is possible.
