C++/Java update of existed engine

Please download latest MOAI SDK version from GitHub: [url removed, login to view]

Unfortunately it supports a very old google services SDK, need to update to the latest one.

Moai engine has a decent documentation how to create a new project and compile it or engine itself.

All java code is located here: \moai-dev-master\ant\host-source\source\project\

C++ code is here: moai-dev-master\src\moai-android\

C++ code is pretty straightfoward and behaive as a proxy for lua code.

Need to update the code to support the latest google play SDK

inapp billing - engine has v3 billing support, need just a sample how to use it properly from lua

As a result, it should be updated Java and C++ code and very short lua script that shows how to use main features:

1. how to register application to google analytics, send simple statictics line, update achievements and scoreboard,

2. How to show admob banner and interstitial

3. How to make a simple in app purchase
