Compile Mobile Website on PhoneGap

Hi
I have had created a fully functional mobile web application that currently operates in a web browser.
I need you to compile the HTML / JS / CSS files into a PhoneGap Application.
I want you to use [login to view URL] this is so that we can upgrade our application as and when needed. The web site is created with JQuery Mobile and HTML5 that is fully compatible for PhoneGap.
You will need to do the following:
- Create the XML file.
- Use our icons and splash screen.
- The splash screen needs some sort of internet connection detection (to see if the user is online, if not then it should error, with a retry button)
- Make sure Hydration is online so that customers can use to update the application from PhoneGap.
- PhoneGap has a plugin for Task Notifications called PushWoosh - We need this adding. [login to view URL]
- The website uses cookies to store data that was collected from the server - you need to ensure that this still works or use a different solution and make the required changes in the HTML / JS.
I also need some small instructions on what i would need to upload etc when and if we make changes to the app.
When accepted we will create accounts for you to use for PhoneGap Build and PushWoosh
