Provide a documented customisation to Microsoft CRM 4.0 that provides the following;
- A Goods and Services Tax Rate to be set as a percentage for each Account.
- The tax rate to be automatically applied to each line of each quotation, order and invoice of the Account.
- The tax rate should be able to be set manually for each line and not be automatically overwritten when it is converted into an order from a quotation and an order to an invoice.
Goods and Services Tax is similar in concept to a Value Added Tax.
