Animation Logo for WebSite

Hello, I require an animation logo to be made for my website, the animation should do the following:

The logo should say "SNOTRUB" in large golden letters with a black outline and should look 3D.

The logo should be an animation which should enlarge its self and then shrink. (example below)

SNOTRUB --> SNOTRUB

The above shows how the animation should start and finish, the animation should loop and it should take 3 seconds to get from its smallest stage to its largest.

Also I would require a JPG of the logo in its largest stage (like a snapshot of it)

The logo shoud be around 200x30 at its smallest and 450x65 at its largest.

Its should increase thoughout the animation until it gets to its max size and then shrink again.

When the animation gets to its max size a little silver sparkle should be put in the top left of the "B" of Snotrub so it looks like SNOTRUB*

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
