Change a CentOS 7 kernel from proprietary (OVH) kernel to "vanilla" kernel

When installing CentOS 7 on a server I set it to use a proprietary kernel, provided and by "optimised" by OVH. Unfortunately it has a lot of bugs so I need to switch to the "vanilla" kernel.
When rebooting with "vanilla" the server gets into a reboot loop. Here's the current issue: [url removed, login to view]
I have full IPMI access so I am able to boot into rescue if required.
The server is in production so we need to pay close attention and be extra-careful.

The problem is their network interface is not supported by stock CentOS 7 kernel. So there is now way you can get it working with CentOS 7. CentOS 7 use very old kernal to make enterprise happy. If you use Ubuntu o Lebih banyak
