Develop Web Front-End for WildFly Batch control

I have an application which is hosted within the Wildfly 8.1 container. Within this application, I have several Batch jobs configured. I would like to have someone build a flexible front-end that allows for:
Starting Jobs
Stopping Jobs
Viewing which jobs are currently running
View last run time of jobs (maybe)
Please do not bid if you are not familiar with WildFly.
If you look at the tutorial -- [login to view URL] you will see one type of batch job configuration, that page has a link to another way the batch jobs can be configured.
I am not looking for assistance in building the batch jobs themselves, I want something that is generic and sits on top of the batch architecture to determine the jobs that are available and the jobs that have run, etc.
