It should have several instance variables (name, account_number, exp_date, security_code, balance, interest_rate, etc) and methods (including 2 constructors, accessors, mutator, pay_with_cc, pay_cc_bill, take_cash, compare_to, valid).
Compare_to method should compare current credit card to another one (passed as a parameter) and output whether they belong to the same person, whether numbers are the same, if they belong to the same person - which one is better to use.
Valid checks the expiration date, if it did not expire - the card is valid (returns true).
The class should also have a static variable number_of_accounts, and a method get_number_of_accounts() that returns this variable.
There should be a default constructor and a constructor that sets values to variables that won't change (declared final).
Mutator method (set...) should change the other variables (which are allowed to change).
Test all the methods with a CreditCard_demo class.
