Android Application

This project is about displaying an advertisement on digital bill-boards through an android app. So, whenever user opens the app, it will direct him to google map. Once we are on google map, user should be able to draw an area on [url removed, login to view] should be able to select any kind of area anywhere within USA. After selecting the area on the map, it will display all the digital bill-boards(screens) which comes inside that area. So, Before displaying screens on the map, it should provide a list of network providers. (i.e. there are network providers A and B. And they have some number of screens inside the selected [url removed, login to view] it should display a list of those network providers.) So, after showing screens on the map, he should be able to select any or multiple screens. Then, there should be an button through which user can browse a file(image) and after selecting a particular file, he should be able to upload it on the server. Here one particular algorithm should be applied through which we can say if the content is up-loadable or not. After uploading the files, user should be able to see it on the selected screens(virtual screens on website).

Need this project completed within 7-10 days.
