Background report on the "make money at home niche"

I need a report that will provide a background for a book, the topics that needs to be covered is multiple niches on "make money from home" with some extension to other real estate niches

The report has to cover the following topics + additional topics + additional topics you'll need to add which are relevant to the niches (make money from home or make money from R-E)

Report should be organized & readable and must be able to pass copy scape , so don't copy, summarize , revise and summarize again to refine your report

You are expected to add at least 5 other niches for make money from home which are not listed here , if you add more , we'll be happy to pay a bonus

Aim to add a table summarizing your findings within covering topics such as amount of hour per week required, amount of funds required to start and other comparable parameters
