Black and White Maps for Novel/Book

Hello I would like to have a total of three black and white maps made for the purpose of inclusion as an illustration in a book I am writing.
The dimensions of the book is 9x6 inches. (width/height)
Two of these maps will be full page insersions of dimentions 8x5 inches
The third will be inline with the text, smaller of dimensions 4x2inches
Please see examples below. I would like for mine too look something like these. I also require shadings to denote regions that I want marked on these maps.
The smaller map will be a street map of a section of Paris.
Please include examples of past work. Thank You.
