Convert PSD to HTML (5 layouts) -- 2

We are looking for a HTML coder who convert PSD to HTML+CSS (5 layouts). It should be work in internet explorer 8+. Other web browsers can be last versions, but support all public web-browsers like Safari, Opera, Chrome, FireFox. If you need some interactive effects on page should be used jQuery 1.6-1.9 and plugins based on it.

We recommended to use block layout, but if you need you may use tables in HTML.

PSD layouts placed in .psd file format.

Description of the layouts in same file name in MS Office Word file format (.docx)

Language of the description is English.
