Design splash background incorporating logo vector

So we have an ice cream truck painted bright green. Our company name has the word green in it as does logo. We are moving to a bigger truck that is wrapped in black vinyl. We do not want to repaint or rewrap truck in green entirely as it is too much money. So we thought to keep black as base color and add some funky unique splash graphic to the sides and place our logo on top of that. We do not know how best to design that. We are trying to save money so nothing too huge or intricate. Your job is to take our truck picture, logo and come up with something for a layout/background graphic so it looks good. I will give you our website which shows current truck which is green. see attached files for photos of new black truck.
So i know that you looked at the photos and this description, please in your proposal put the name of my company logo which is attached here in photos.
