Design a 2-page web site from wireframes

Hi,

I need a highly creative individual to design a two page web site: a home page, and an article page.

I've already created detailed wireframe mockups, and need to turn those into a graphical design. I will provide the wireframes to the winning bid. Although I have laid out the pages in these wireframes, I will leave it to your discretion to move things around.

You will need to design the following components:

- Site header and footer

- Article search

- Social media sharing

- Recent and trending articles list

Design-wise, I am looking for something clean and user-friendly, with bright colors.

Please provide deliverables in Photoshop format. You do not need to write any code. I am only looking for your design expertise.

I am also open to using an existing template from Theme Forest / Elegant Themes / etc. as a starting point, as long as:

1) All external resources are clearly identified.

2) I am given a license to use the content on my site.
