Design a Banner/Poster for a competition

We need a banner/poster to be designed for a competition we are coming up on facebook. The competition is about how well does a person know about Indian festivals.
The poster should project indian festivals and it should also say that the winner will get a gift voucher worth 500 Rupees from amazon.
The banner should look outstanding as we are expecting thousands of competitors.
Banner requirements:
The banner should be designed using adobe illustrator.
The banner should be of size 1200x630
Project requirements:
Freelancer is supposed to provide us with atleast 3 initial designs.
1 of the designs will be shortlisted.
The shortlisted design should go through 3 iterations of review/changes, suggested changes should be implemented for each iteration.
Conditions for release of milestone:
The .ai (Adobe Illustrator) version of the file should be uploaded in the file section of the project.
All suggested changes should be implemented.
