Creation of an Accommodation Booking Website

Hello, I am the director of the company Hosting Power Ltd.
After one year in business, I would like to improve my online presence.
I don't mind if necessary, starting a new website from scratch and, if so, I would be particularly interested of a website built under Drupal.
The basic features I need:
- Designing a simple and user friendly interface
- Creating a user friendly listing to show all available accommodation with possibility for customers to enter check in / check out date and diverse criteria (such as "gender" or "2 guests")...
- Possibility for us as a company to create/update/delete listings per house (and per room in case of more than a room in the house)
- "Google Maps feature" for those listings
- Possibility for our customers to see the listings, to accept the terms & conditions and upload their ID
- Payment of our admin fee via "AUTHORIZE AND CAPTURE" (Stripe)
Please note that we will manage manually everything on back office, so no need for a CRM at the moment. This will be implemented in a few months, hopefully with the same webmaster if the first project was successful.
About me: I am demanding on the quality but I think I am fair and easy to work with. I have a clear idea of the needs I have for my website.
