Billboard Design for 10 foot by 25 foot billboard

This is a quick job for a sharp graphic designer. I do design work myself, but I really need this billboard to have a high impact. (It's for MY business.)

Again this billboard is 10 feet by 25 feet. I have some design elements in the attached .jpg. The ad is for an online local news website.

The text you see on the right of the "[url removed, login to view]" is sections on the website that I want to feature in the ad. My website is responsive (displays well on any device). I have mock-ups that you will see on the left side of the "[url removed, login to view]".

I have also attached "[url removed, login to view]" to give you an idea of the style I like for a flyer. How much of those flyer elements will work in an effective billboard ad remain to be seen. I am thinking "word cloud/word art" for the text on the right.

Time is an issue. I am ready to get this started and finished (getting you paid) asap. I have all the templates for the flyer and mock-up files which will be available to you. I need someone with experience and insight into designing effective billboard ads. I need a big impact with this billboard. As my business is rather new. I not only want to get my message across but also have it associated with a good vibe.
