We are a real estate management firm based at Gujarat. For our internal purpose, we want to develop Property Management System for our use. We want to develop in .net.
The system will be mainly used for booking of the properties. We will store all our property details and we can book each unit separately. Just like, [login to view URL], if the property is booked once, it should be allowed to book the same unit again. In booking the property, we want to store the data of payment schedule, payment due date, type of payment, amount and unit details.
The software should be web based, simple to use and user friendly.
