We need to have a great looking, polished Email Newsletter created and ready to send out by Friday. We would prefer something that is built with Responsive HTML that will automatically resize the elements of the page based on the device viewing it (phone, tablet, pc, etc.).
I am looking to use this person on a regular basis. We will provide the text and topics that should go into these newsletters and you'll fill them in.
We can host the web pages on our private hosting site, which you will get the FTP info to upload to.
