Design Facebook Contest Tab - repost

I need a Facebook tab created to run contests. The contest tab will require users to:
1) Like our page on Facebook
2) The option to Invite friends and share our page
3) A question to be asked for Facebook users to answer
I will post a question on a graphic that I will create. Facebook users answer it and I will pick the best one for a contest winner. You need to just be able to create a way for me to upload an image and make it so users have to "LIKE" my page and answer the question to win. If users answer the question they should automatically share it so their friends will see it.
I need to be able to start a new contest and I can archive old contests (so people can see them but it won't be shown if there's a new contest)
I attached a few mage of what I kind of want it to look like but I obviously want to change the colors and stuff. I'll create the graphic myself but I need the platform created for it.
NOTE: You must be familiar with proper Facebook rules for contests. I want to make sure I am following their strict rules to run contests and what I should say/what it should look like.
Please send examples of previous work.
