Design Revision for Halloween Invitation

Hi there,
I have an old design that needs to be updated with the following:
- Replace "VU14 and 14 CFUN" at the top with Invenia & Somerset Homes (use stylized font)
- Replace "Brock House" with "Balfour House" (do not need to replicate font, just something similar)
- Replace dates "Friday October 28, Saturday October 29, Sunday October 30" with "FRIDAY OCTOBER 26TH 6:30 PM"
- Replace time and address with "6:30PM • BALFOUR HOUSE AT (address to come)
- Replace "Dance Music..." with directions (to come)
- Replace "Full Course Hot & Cold Buffet" with "Be Safe! Please Don't Drink & Drive. Take a Cab."
- With "Very Special Thanks To" - this will stay the same but with different names underneath:
- Replace "Famous Event Production" in the footer with "An INVENIA Production" (similar font but doesn't need to be identical)
