Clothing Line Logo Design

We are in need of a logo for our new up and coming clothing line. The line is geared towards extreme sports, specifically MMA for now. We have a website in development and we need a logo for the header and most likely this logo will be the official logo of the company going on business cards, banners etc. The look and feel of the logo should be in the dirty/grungy vein, possibly, but not necessarily, utilizing a nautical star or something of the sort. I have attached a zip file with some preliminary T-shirt designs we came up with. We are not professional designers, so they are pretty limited, but should give you an idea of the look and feel of the line and website. Once selected, I can give you access to the website that is currently under construction so you can see how and where the logo would need to get implemented.
Thanks for looking and feel free to ask me questions so we can be clear as to what will be expected. We are a small team of people and do not have a lot of money right now until the business takes off, so our budget is pretty limited, but I know someone out there can knock something out that we will be happy with. We won't be too hard to please. :-)
