Avatars for Game - Long term project

I am looking for someone (either one person or a very small team) to create some avatar graphics for a game I am developing. I am looking for someone I can work with long-term, once the avatars are done we will need many other graphics for the game created.
The player will be creating their avatar and will be able to select from several faces, skin colors, eye color, lip shape, hair styles, hair color, etc. So your graphics will need to be able to be used interchangeably with each other. The style should be cartoony, sort of pixel-art like. The entire avatar should be around 250-350 pixels wide, and 600-800 tall.
The first graphics we need are:
- one male and one female body, with at least 6 skin tones. The bodies should be wearing underwear (female: bra + panties, male: underwear)
- 10 hair styles for each gender, in at least 5 colors.
- 5 eye shapes, 6+ colors
- 3 lips per gender, 4+ colors
Please provide examples of your art in your proposal, so we can see the style, and detail how long you would need for these first graphics.
