I am looking for a flash editor or animator that can create good overlays that will go over previously recorded and edited footage . See attached pictures for examples, also need someone in ::::: London :::::: so i can tell them face to face what i need.
This project will be ongoing so please understand that this will be needed on a longterm contract if this sample version is good.
