My company has a website designed in Wordpress. One page have descriptions of all employees with pictures.

I would like to add additional description using some kind of rotating animation (see attached example).
The way it's made now, each employee is a post in the category "Employee". We write the descrition in the Wordpress editor and add the picture as the post's thumbnail.
Ideally we would like you to redesign the layout of the posts (see attached), so each post rotate e.g. on hover (when the mouse is held over the post). In this way, we would still be able yo change pictures and rewrite the descriptions without help. We are used to some coding, so we would be able to manage more descriptions in one code/editor. (I dont know exactly how that would work, but maybe something like writing to variables??)
If redesigning the layout is too complicated, it would be ok just to rotate the text.
