Amazon Inventory Upload flat file project

I have 381 items on my [login to view URL] Seller Central Inventory. I also have an [login to view URL] account and also an [login to view URL] account with roughly 150 items in each account.
I have opened new accounts from my [login to view URL] account called a unified account. This allows me to sell on Amazon france, germany, italy and spain.
I am looking for someone who can take my inventory from [login to view URL] and download the inventory (either by inventory file or by extracting the data from Amazon's API. I then need a inventory flat file to be completed for each of the 4 other sites listed above to upload the products on the respective Amazon Seller Central unified account sections. Each item of inventory would also need to be translated into the respective language (translation by Google Translate would suffice).
This would mean 4 new inventory upload files to be created for the 4 sites with 381 items for each site (apart from France and Germany which already have 150 listed each).
