Create an Excel Macro(repost)

I am looking to create a macro that cleans up an Excel spreadsheet. The following are the features I am looking to include in the Macro. 1. Convert all cell to text 2. Convert scientific notation to regular numbers 3. Remove any leading or trailing spaces 4. Convert dates to standard format 'yyyy-mm-dd' 5. Remove all embedded , , commas, tabs, EOF's etc. 6. Add default column headings where blank 7. Unhide any columns or rows 8. Check for consistent number of populated columns. Sometimes the data shifts. 9. Check for consistency across multiple worksheets within a workbook. 10. Export cleaned worksheet to a delimited text file with column headings. Thanks. Just to clarify #8 and #9 should not be addressed now. Also it will probably be necessary to perform these cleanup functions on a column by column basis because of the need to determine the proper data type by column. We still want to convert everything to text once the proper formatting is done. Then finally the spreadsheet is exported to delimited. I hope this helps explain better.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
