Troubleshoot and fix none functional button small microsoft access VBA database

I have small local weather database, and has a basic gui of 3 buttons, this database has a FACT table and the button that you need to troubleshoot and fix is none functional for the FACT table, The problem is that the button has all the code but no data is being processed into the FACT table for some reason, so you must find and correct the error in the code.
I will supply database and any additional details needed, but is quick and easy for an experienced person, use of skype is preferred.
