2. Advisors
3. Faculty
We require Data Mining to achieve the functionalities for Automated results.
When Advisor logs in:
He enters the roll number of student to whom he needs to give advice.
- Three tabs appear(menu sort) that shows the three modules mentioned above.
In student progress and monitoring, the AUTOMATED results will show that a particular student(whose roll number was entered) will secure 'xyz' gpa in that semester and throughout degree 'xyz' courses main he might struggle based on results of previous students.
In Career Path:
We have in the EXCEL file a sheet named Domains.. this includes subjects for a particular domain. Just in case a student is good in those subjects show that domain automatically. Show up to three domains.
In course prediction:
Predict that a student should take xyz course since based on previous such data, he might score Grade 'XYZ' in that grade. Also, he must not take 'xyz' course since his previous results indicate that taking this course might get him an F or D grade with xyz probability.
When Student Logs in
He will be able to see all the saved reports that the Advisor has saved for him.
When Faculty Logs In
He will be able to identify trends. Trends such as a students coming from xyz city struggle in a particular course..
OR
students with less marks in o/alevels struggle with which courses.. and what cgpas etc they get.
