Combine multiple individual spreadsheets into a single spreadsheet by year

This manual process should be an incredibly easy task. The first part of the task is simply to navigate to the following website ([url removed, login to view]) download each of the monthly excel files and combine them into individual combined files by year. So instead of 6 files for each month available for 2016, I will have one SINGLE 2016 file that contains the union (all information) from the individual 6 files. For 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2010 I will have a single file for each year. The first part of this task deliverable will be 7 excel spreadsheets (one for each year 2010-2016).
After that you will click on the archives link at the bottom of that page which will take you to this page ([url removed, login to view]). Here you will perform that SAME exercise for 2004 through 2009. That will be 6 additional spreadsheets.
The total number of deliverables for this project are 13 uploaded spreadsheets
