Datamining, URL copy to csv/excel file

I am in the process of rebuilding links from an old site and need to copy the links/urls and such. This is the old site: [login to view URL] This link will redirect to the current storage pages.
On the left you will find several links, in red, to various pages of sites/links, etc. I would like these links to be copied into a CSV file (or excel) so that I can then import them into a sql database for my new site.
Please do the following:
TEST all URL's... Remove any 404 or other dead links. Please also check to see if a URL is old and is simply being parked/stored.
In the CSV file, please include the following fields:
TItle: Capture the title of the wedsite/link.
URL: Capture the Full URL http://......
Description: Copy the description of the site. Many of the listings have a short description following the link. Some do not.
Email: Have your program crawl the linked page to see if there is an email address. If there is, please add it to the file.
Meta Data: if the site has metadata, please include it here.
Keywords: if the site has keywords listed, please include it here.
Other: I don't know. If you crawl and find other useful info to help search engines find my site and these links, include it here.
The site also has some listing to 'current' events. These are over five years old and are not needed.
Do not scrape any ads or donation buttons.
At the bottom of the page you'll find a nav bar. DO NOT scrape that either.
This shouldn't take too long depending on what scripts you use. Please test. You might wish to test before bidding as I don't want you to fall into any time traps. If you are hired and then find that you have troubles, it will be frustrating for both of us.
