I need someone to create a simple database in MS Access with a number of fields, you need to be able to view, edit, search by them (some kind of simple reports feature). I need to be able to generate reports from this data. I also need a tracking field provided, to allow follow up information to be added.
The interface should contain the main page with the summary of all the fields (like contact details, address, fax, email, website etc.) and few subpages (tabs) with the other fields (staff, turnover etc.)
I don’t require any advanced features other than just a simple search and report functionality and the ability to use the database for mail merges etc.
I will send the complete list of fields to the successful applicant.
It’s a really simple project in MS Access hence the budget is $250-350, please state your bid and the time you could have it finished.
