Copy-paste website content to a Word document

I need (almost) entire [login to view URL] website copy-pasted into a word document. I don't need html source, but only the content of each webpage (without navigation)... Don't waste time on layout. The purpose of the document is to count words for translators.
1) Organization of the document:
You should write the page content in the following way:
- url
- metatags
- keywords
- content (without navigation!)
+ put PAGE BREAK after each page.... => and proceed to next page.
3) You should process ONLY the pages given in the following sitemap:

4) pages should be ordered as they are in the sitemap
